This study explores opportunities within medium density housing, as a future vision for the majority of sites found within Sydney's typical suburban blocks. Formed as a response to the Missing Middle design competition, run by the New South Wales Department of Planning and the New South Wales Government Architect's Office, it tests the draft design guide to convert our suburbs into more permeable and communal environments.
