The building, situated in the heart of Bondi Junction, accommodates premium retail spaces + 90 luxury residences inspired by timeless architecture. A classically proportioned facade, distilled from a re-interpretation of the architecture of 1930s New York, differentiates the building from its neighbours' curved forms. The pentagon shaped tower ensures that every residence is a corner apartment that will capture the maximum available views stretching over 180 degrees from the Sydney Opera House to Bondi Beach.
